Each commercial facility incorporates three independent torrefaction lines, allowing simultaneous production of multiple premium products including thermal bio carbon, metallurgical bio carbon for steel production, activated biochar, and other specialized carbon materials tailored to customer specifications. Every plant also sequesters approximately 792,000 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent each year while producing products eligible for both voluntary and regulated carbon markets.
